step 1: Use the set in a calm space, preferably without electrical devices present, where you have some time to yourself.
step 2 Make yourself comfortable setting yourself up with the items laid out in an order you find convenient.
step 3 (Optional, but recommended) Open the bottle with the ‘ extract wisdom’ vibra e-book essence and use a couple of drops ( either in your mouth or on your wrist. (This is amplifying the vibes your own intuition (your inner teacher, or inner guide into the built-in-the-system realms of inner wisdom.) is conveying through the soul.) It is important to know that it is your own personal tutor helping you out here in developing your own programming based on your own experiences. (S)he knows you; your likes and dislikes, your levels of understanding, your humor, your ‘speed’. (S)he speaks your language and is able to gently take the lead allowing you to learn what you need to learn in this workshop. You ( that is, your conscious mind in this case) is always in charge, always makes the choices.
step 4 Clean the bowl, if necessary and fill it with some spring water. (this water is representing the energy that you have available to assign new tasks to. You pouring it into the bowl is representing to hold this energy together, letting it ‘stand still’ and reflect back at you.)
step 6 Open the leather pouch. Take all the items out of it and put them to the side. (this round flexible container is representing the playing field of ‘ life’, holding all elements. It is also representing the place in you where experiences stick to and produce sensations: feelings, emotions. to learn from.)
step 7 Spread the leather pouch open over the bowl with the water.
step 8 Select from your collection those items that represent well your emotions as you feel them right now. You let them go through your hands, exploring the surfaces, meanwhile feeling the feelings inside yourself. You place the items that match your actual feelings right now, one by one on the surface of the leather, above the water. It can be just one item, representing one feeling... but often it will be a couple more. Take your time here, do it with full attention.
You have got the ingredients you are ‘ cooking’ with today. Now you’ve got to decide what you fancy turning them into. This is done using a (w)hole in 1 carriers.
Take a fresh carrier from your assortment and a string. Glance over the carrier with in mind the question:"What shall I make from this all?" It's up to you to decide, but chances are you'd prefer to create a beautiful yummy, tender composition. You can pick anything you like. Find some inspiration in this list: and chose one.:

step 10 Now that you've decided what type of dish you've got in mind, it's time to visualise and then create it.
Looking at the pattern of holes in the carrier, in front of you, you'll see in your mind's eye, options of shapes you can make representing the dish you've chosen. You'll find that you'll see a form ( or several) appear in your imagination, a way of connecting all the holes. Once you are pleased with the image you see, you start working. You create the form in your mind with the one piece of string. It is OK if you decide to change the design.
Let your fingers do the work and let your mind wander wherever it wants to go. If your body wants to move....move. Just ‘ go with the flow’. Observe any thoughts and feelings, feel them, taste them. Just don’t accept them as the end-result before you are entirely pleased with it. Nothing ever leaves your kitchen to be served in the outside world without you being pleased with it! See if you can relax into it, knowing that your chewy and wobbly emotions are in the process of being transformed into the tasty, healthy experience of your choice, feeding your personal development.
step 11 When you've finished making the shape, you touch it, look at it until you feel a ‘ kick’ inside that is indicating that it is all ready. This may sound strange, at first, but do it a couplke of times and you'll experience a signal within you that is just as clear as a micro-wave pinging when it is done. Most likely it feels like a burst of energy releasing itself into yourself. Sensations o feeling happy and confident about its potential, indicate: ' your dish' is cooked, ready to serve. .
step 12 Remove the bowl from the installation and drink its content. (This represents the energy flowing back to you, going back to their work, knowing now what to do, having extracted (all together) the wisdom from the recent experiences, relating it to the current belief system and circumstances seeing good possibilities to serve your wellbeing.)
step 13 ( optional, but recommended) A ‘thank you’, may be paying yourself a compliment if you feel pleased.
You can skip this, but giving yourself a compliment for accomplishing something you like yourself, is giving learning and development processes an extra turbo boost.
step 14 Your conscious mind may now be flooded with ideas, things to do right away or ideas to give some more though to. You know that wisdom is knowledge applied? You've taken in the knowledge, but it was wisdom you were after to extract.....the knowing on how to use this all actively to grow. So, follow up on those thoughts as much as you can. This inspiration is part of an holistically sound approach of moving into experiencing more of .....(whatever your choice at step 9 was) . It is an advice you are giving yourself, based on taking all your actual values and experiences and desires into account. Are you free to discard your own advice? Of course... but it is not something I usually recommend.
step 15 If you feel the inspiration is rather unconventional, appealing... but you are not sure about fulfilling your role in it... Or your confidence could do with a boost to follow up on this.... Use a few drops of the ‘joy of response ability’ essence, before entering the world again.
step 16 To keep track on the learning and development process, you might want to jot down the inspiration and other remarkable facets to the process of this session. It helps for it to stick (like taking minutes of a meeting, or creating an action list)
You can draw the design you created and add some words about this cooking session.
You can leave your design intact for a while, if you really like it and use another empty one, next time.
step 17 However, before you are ready to re-enter the world, clean the kitchen up after yourself, by packing all objects away in the leather purse and all (w)hole in one carriers back into the box.
step 18 ( honourable when you enjoy using and liking this method) When you've used this method a couple of times and you find it is making a significant difference to your life...... look into options on how you can return the favor to the creator by respecting the playrights on these products.

Resting and playing
This method is meant to encourage you to play more and rest ( disconnect from other people and activities) more and more consciously. People who play more and rest more, are more resourceful and (therefore...) happier than people who are constantly seriously involved in 'doing'.
